One of these outstanding students is 7th-grader and World Junior Dance Champion Katya Storchevaya.

When she’s not attending live class, completing asynchronous assignments, or interacting with her teachers and peers, she is traveling the world for dance competitions. With the flexibility PA Distance offers, Katya can excel within the virtual classroom without compromising her successful dance career.

Lis McCoy and her 4th-Grader, Alice, Appreciate Communication, Support & Academic Success

4th-grader, Alice McCoy and her mother, Lis McCoy, first experienced virtual learning during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. After learning online through a brick-and-mortar school, Alice and her parents decided to transition to a school with more experience in cyber education. Their search brought them to PA Distance Learning Charter School in the fall of 2020.
