PA Distance Learning Charter School is now accepting applications for grades K-12 for the 2021-2022 school year. Interested Pennsylvania families can reserve their child’s spot by beginning the enrollment process detailed below:
The Step-by-Step Enrollment Process
1. Start the Enrollment Process at learn.padistance.org/enrollment
Completed applications will be reviewed with each family and processed for registration on a first-come, first-served basis as long as attendance slots are available.
2. Submit your Required Documents
Families must upload all required enrollment documents. Make sure to familiarize yourself with the required documents and eligibility requirements, too. The sooner you submit a completed application with the required documents, the quicker your child’s enrollment can be processed.
3. Enrollment Team Reviews & Approves Documents
The Enrollment Team will review all submitted documents for accuracy and the school nurse will check immunization records for compliance.
4. Your Child is Enrolled!
Once all enrollment requirements are complete, a welcome letter (email) is sent to confirm enrollment. Congratulations, your child is now enrolled!
As a newly enrolled family, you are required to attend an online Orientation Session, hosted by the PA Distance Community Engagement Team. This session is designed to educate parents about daily life at PA Distance and how to best support their students while learning in a new online environment. The Community Engagement team will reach out to each enrolled family to schedule an orientation session.
