Christina Heaton-Little and Arthur Little, of Grindstone, PA, are the parents of two teenage students. Their son Daniel attends PA Distance, and their daughter attends their local school district. They are both excelling at their respective learning environments and value the option to choose what works best for them.

Mrs. Jamie Isiminger, of Washington County, enrolled her daughter, Jacey, at PA Distance last year when she was in 2nd-grade.

Every school, and especially every cyber school, starts with a vision that comes from a specific instructional strategy or teaching method. At PA Distance, we use a unique blend of proven classroom teaching techniques with educational technologies to promote academic growth for all students from a variety of backgrounds, learning styles, and individual needs. The difference between our school, and other public schools, is that we do it all online. 

The PA Distance Esports Team has kicked off its inaugural year with a group of 13 students from a variety of backgrounds. Whether they have casual gaming experience, have competed in the past, or are brand new to competitive gaming, the PA Distance Esports Team has a place for everyone. 

Nicole Huggler, of Galeton, PA, is heavily involved in her children’s lives and, as such, wants the best for their education. Her 10-year-old son, Damien Rachiele, and her 12-year-old daughter, Autumn Rachiele, are excelling in their classes and are enjoying school, too. But, it wasn’t always this way. 

On Thursday, October 21st, PA Distance hosted a multi-location Open House for enrolled students, their families, and members of the community to offer support, local resources, and learning opportunities. This year's Open House theme focused on building connections within the communities in which our students live.
